Delete in the YUMOV app
Use the account deletion option available within the YUMOV application and follow its confirmation steps. This is the fastest way to submit a deletion request for the signed-in account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the in-app option, email support@yumovapp.com from the address connected to your YUMOV account with the subject “YUMOV account deletion request.”
We may ask you to verify that you control the account. Never send your password or full payment details.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account, including account and profile information, feature and progress data, and stored AI conversation history, within a reasonable period.
Limited information may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or financial recordkeeping purposes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or provider systems until overwritten under normal cycles. See the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. Cancel it separately through the marketplace account used for purchase to avoid future renewal charges.
