Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Operator

These Terms govern your use of YUMOV: AI Life Coach, operated by Emir Esen Kaplan (“YUMOV,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using YUMOV, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. The Service

YUMOV may provide AI coaching and features supporting habits, goals, daily planning, progress tracking, lifestyle, self-improvement, and smoking cessation. Available features may vary by app version, platform, location, or subscription. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

4. AI and Professional-Advice Disclaimer

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. You are responsible for evaluating them and deciding whether to act.

YUMOV does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services, or a doctor-patient relationship. It is not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Consult a healthcare professional regarding smoking cessation, withdrawal, medication, pregnancy, mental health, or other medical concerns. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse YUMOV, violate law or others’ rights, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where law permits, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful or harmful content.

6. Your Content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service consistently with our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights needed to submit it.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a subscription. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewal terms, and taxes are shown before purchase. Google Play or Apple App Store purchases are billed and managed by that marketplace and subject to its terms.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through the marketplace account used for purchase. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Refunds follow applicable law and marketplace policies.

8. Intellectual Property

YUMOV, its design, software, branding, and service content—excluding your content—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service as intended.

9. Third-Party Services

YUMOV relies on third parties including Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Google Play, and the Apple App Store where applicable. Separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using YUMOV and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

11. Availability and Disclaimers

YUMOV is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation or any particular result. Mandatory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms for changes in the service, law, or practices. We will post the revised Terms and date here and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may resolve disputes.
